“Healthcare’s Digital Disruptors” panel at SXSW

Panel to feature thought leaders from The Permanente Federation, Northwell Health, and Manatt, Phelps and Phillips

Oakland, Calif. – Leaders from The Permanente Federation, Northwell Health, and Manatt, Phelps and Phillips have been selected to present on “Healthcare’s Digital Disruptors: Hope vs. Hype,” a panel on March 9, 2019 at the South by Southwest (SXSW) Conference in Austin, Texas. The hour-long panel will explore ways to optimize innovations to improve the quality of health care, lower costs, and make health care more human.

What: Attendees will learn about innovative technologies that hold promise for improving the health and well-being of countless lives. The panel also will explore ways to leverage new technologies and information to improve health care while preserving the patient-physician interaction. Technologies that will be discussed include:

  • Predictive analytics
  • Machine learning
  • Precision medicine

When: Saturday, March 9, 2019, 5 – 6 p.m., Central Time
