Colorado Permanente Medical Group, P.C.

Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) is the physician group that provides health care to more than 670,000 Kaiser Permanente members in Colorado – from the populous Denver/Boulder area, north to Fort Collins, south to Colorado Springs and Pueblo, and out West along I-70 to the mountain communities of Frisco and Edwards.

CPMG’s integrated approach to health care delivery makes it easy for patients to connect with their caregivers and support services, whether in-person, online or by phone. With innovative web-based tools and a recently launched app for mobile devices, patients are able to communicate quickly and easily with their physicians.

Our physicians provide superior care that has enabled Kaiser Permanente Colorado to receive some of the highest accolades in the industry. The region is the only program in the United States to achieve Medicare Five Star status – the highest possible rating – since the development of this quality rating system. This award demonstrates our strong commitment to providing high-quality health care to some of our most medically complex and vulnerable members.
