Generative AI has fueled tremendous excitement in health care with its potential to reduce administrative burdens on physicians and staff.
In this presentation we will share landmark findings from a regional implementation evaluation showing how AI scribes can reduce the documentation burden on physicians, enhance physician-patient interactions, augment physician capabilities across various settings, and maintain document quality.
We’ll also cover Kaiser Permanente’s approach to deploying AI and machine learning tools responsibly in health care, along with key considerations for their ongoing evolution under current regulations. Additionally, we’ll explore use cases of generative AI applications that meet future health care needs.
