Purpose
The Permanente Federation LLC provides this Website (“the Website”) to allow users to receive general information.
The information provided on the Website is not a substitute for the advice of a personal physician or other qualified health care professional. Breaches of these Terms and Conditions

The Federation expressly reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate a user’s access to the Website due to any act that violates these Terms and Conditions. To the extent there is an inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Website Privacy Policy, these Terms and Conditions govern.

Although we attempt to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the information on the Website, we make no guarantees as to its correctness, completeness, or accuracy.
