Policy statements
The Permanente Federation has released official statements regarding a number of health care and public policy issues. These organizational statements are co-signed by executive medical directors of the Permanente Medical Groups as well as leaders of The Permanente Federation and Kaiser Foundation Health Plan. In addition, The Permanente Federation has announced partnerships and positions on several public policy issues, ranging from firearm injury prevention to the opioid epidemic.
